Meet your Provider -

Bailey Weirens, RD, LD

Hello, I’m Bailey! (she/her)

Welcome to Renewed Nutrition, I am so happy to have you here.
I am a weight-inclusive, Anti-Diet, HAES-aligned, and potato-loving Registered Dietitian.

My goal as a provider is to support those in their pursuit of a more healthful approach to food and body, in the most individualized way possible. You bring a unique story and all of it deserves to be considered, seen, heard and validated throughout the nutrition counseling process.

I have specialized in the treatment of both adult and adolescent eating disorders over the past six years, and I am excited to continue on this journey alongside you in the outpatient setting as we combat diet culture.

My nutrition philosophy is simple - all foods deserve a spot at the table. This means that if you want the salad, eat the salad. If you want the ice cream, eat the ice cream. We are instinctively intuitive with food and our body, and deserve to return to a life where food is not so complex. If food brings about stress, anxiety, fear, or more - it may be time to rethink your relationship with food. I would be honored to support you in this process, knowing it will not be easy, but it will be worth it.

  • "I don't know what we would have done without Bailey. She quickly became and remains one of the most important pillars of our care team for our 14 y.o. daughter. Bailey is approachable, personable, professional, focused, incredibly knowledgeable and knows how to reach these kids to help them turn around their destructive behaviors. She is a super star.”

  • “Bailey is the first dietician I've seen who really makes me feel like we're working on things that are important to *me* and at *my* speed, as opposed to following some kind of textbook program with arbitrary programs and benchmarks. She's caring, compassionate, and non-judgmental. She's very knowledgeable but also not afraid to say "I don't know that answer but I'll look it up for you." My issues with food are all wrapped up in and complicated by PTSD; working with Bailey is helping me see that recovery isn't impossible and is in fact within reach.”

  • “I have been working with Bailey for a year and a half and in that time, I have made progress with things that I never thought were possible. Bailey is incredibly knowledgeable but what makes her different than other dietitians I have worked with her is her perfect balance of firm yet gentle. She has the ability to create confidence and trust in her clients, but also knows just how to challenge each individual. I always leave each appointment feeling a renewed sense of motivation and readiness to work on whatever goals we have set. Even when my eating disorder feels more challenging, Bailey knows just how to hold space for processing those challenges but moving forwards and not dwelling on a rough period. I feel lucky and blessed to have found Bailey. She has truly helped me to find a life that is less consumed by my eating disorder and I am now able to appreciate and enjoy the things in life that really matter.”

  • "Bailey is an outstanding dietitian who has been instrumental in helping me turn my relationship with food around. When I began my journey with Bailey, about a year ago, I was nervous because men’s food issues had been historically dismissed in my life, or cast as simple fixes if I just set my mind to it. Bailey met me where I was and our scope has evolved to improving my relationship with alcohol and exercise as well. If you want to work with a positive, non-judgemental, supportive dietitian then I cannot endorse Bailey more strongly."

  • “Working with Bailey has been amazing! I desperately needed someone to walk with me on my nutrition journey, and I’m so happy I found her. She always seems to know exactly what to say, whether that serves to push me to grow or validate how I’m feeling. This work isn’t easy, but doing it with Bailey has made it a little more fun.”
